i really liked that cas got a separate reaction to dean being taken over by michael. he got the last shot, sitting by himself, staring into space, 0.4 seconds away from crying. tell me this isn’t the heartbroken “lover” reaction shot

This is Dean sitting in shock next to Cas’ dead body at the end of season 12 level of hurt, only worse because Cas knew Michael was a fuckboi who wasn’t gonna keep the deal. He knew, but like fuck if he could talk Dean out of saving his baby brother.
